Howard A. Friedman

President and CEO, Post Consumer Brands

Howard A. Friedman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Post Consumer Brands. He joined Post Consumer Brands in 2018.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Howard spent the majority of his more than 20-year career at the Kraft Heinz Company, most recently as the Executive Vice President of the refrigerated meat and dairy business. His extensive experience with Kraft Heinz spanned general management and sales and marketing roles, including oversight of some of their largest and most iconic brands. He also led the Walmart customer relationship and was a key member of the organizational design teams during Kraft’s split with Mondelez and subsequent merger with Heinz.

He has a demonstrated track record of driving profitability, building and renovating brands and customer collaboration. Howard started his career in the Post Cereal Division as an Assistant Brand Manager.

Before joining the corporate sector, Howard served in the United States Army as a logistics officer with assignments in Seoul, Korea and Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He completed his service as a Captain.

Howard earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Dickinson College and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
