Matthew J. Mainer has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since December 2022 and as our Senior Vice President and Treasurer since December 2018. He joined the company in 2015 as Vice President and Treasurer.
During his time at Post, the company has executed a variety of innovative financial transactions, including the IPO of BellRing Brands, Inc. in 2019 and its spinoff in 2022. Matt has been instrumental in executing Post’s most complicated financial transactions.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Post, Matt served as Assistant Treasurer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and as Vice President and Treasurer of ESCO Technologies Inc. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and his MBA from Saint Louis University.
