Post Holdings Announces Leadership Changes

ST. LOUIS, October 4, 2022 — Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:POST), a consumer packaged goods holding company, announced today that Howard Friedman, current Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Post Holdings, will be departing the company in December to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Utz Brands, Inc.

Friedman served as President and CEO of Post Consumer Brands from July 2018-September 2021 and since September 2021, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Post Holdings.

In related news, two other leadership changes were recently announced:

Maureen English Carroll

Maureen English Carroll was promoted to Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, effective October 1, 2022. English Carroll has been with Post Holdings since 2015, serving as Associate General Counsel, Regulatory and Food Law. Dan Ludwig announced his retirement at the end of 2022. He will continue to serve through the end of the calendar year to transition his responsibilities.





Mike Sullivan


Mike Sullivan was promoted to Senior Vice President – Chief Information Officer for Post Holdings. Sullivan joined Bob Evans in 1992 and served as their IT leader since 2018. He was instrumental in integrating systems across manufacturing, supply chain and retail platforms following Post’s acquisition of Bob Evans.
