Recruiting Process

1. Apply

Search our Careers site for open opportunities! Click here to check out our jobs link!

Fill out a candidate profile and submit your resume. You will then receive an email confirming that we have received your information

Tips!

    • Your resume is your first opportunity to tell us about all the awesome things you’ve accomplished and how you can fit within our organization.
    • Be sure to verify the basic qualifications to make sure it’s a match
    • Provide up to date information on your resume

2. Resume Review

Our recruiting team will review your information. If you are a good match, a recruiter will contact you regarding the next steps in the process which is typically a phone interview.

3. Phone Interview

A recruiter will schedule a time to speak with you. Phone screens typically take 30-45 minutes; we ask that you block an hour for that conversation. We want to make sure we have plenty of time to learn more about you. We’ll discuss your career goals, education, experience, and skills.

    • Be prepared for questions about your experience and accomplishments
    • Make sure you’re in a quiet space with a good connection if using a cell phone

4. Onsite Interview

For those candidates invited onsite, this is your opportunity to learn about us, just as we are continuing to learn more about you. Typically, interviews will last 2-3 hours as you meet with the hiring manager, team members, and Human Resources. Take advantage of each person you meet and the different perspective and experiences they share.

    • Get a good night’s rest before the day of the interview
    • Dress to Impress! Don’t be afraid to bring out the power outfit
    • Come prepared to ask questions and learn more about us
    • Relax and enjoy your time with us! We’re here to learn about you and your fit within our organization

Following the completion of the onsite interview, the hiring team will evaluate all candidates to determine the best fit. You will be provided final feedback via email or a phone call as soon as the evaluation has been completed. Feedback is typically received no later than two weeks.

5: Offer & Acceptance

If you are the successful candidate, a company representative will contact you to discuss an offer of employment. All offers are contingent on the successful completion of the pre-employment screening, which includes a drug screen and background check.
